Your Role at a Glance
As our primary point of contact, you will manage the “Klever Experience” from the first “Hello.”
- Convert Enquiries: Turn inbound calls and online leads into premium bookings using a consultative, non-pushy sales approach.
- Smart Scheduling: Coordinate our three high-tech vans and technicians to maximize efficiency across Auckland.
- Client Delight: Provide 5-star service to our high-end residential clientele.
- Automation Management: Utilize our streamlined systems to keep the admin “low-volume but high-impact.”
What We Are Looking For
- The Voice: Exceptional phone skills—warm, professional, and clear.
- The Mindset: A consultative sales approach (we don’t “hard sell,” we solve problems).
- The Location: Remote, but you must have a strong grasp of Auckland suburbs to schedule effectively.
- The Tech: Comfortable with cloud-based software and automated systems.
Position Details
- Salary: $27–$32 per hour (based on experience).
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Reports to: Che (Owner).
