Position: General Manager – Operations & Growth

Bracken & Webb is looking for a driven Operations & Sales-focused General Manager to lead our day-to-day performance while aggressively driving revenue growth, client relationships, and profitability.
This role is ideal for a young, commercially minded leader with experience in operations and sales who’s ready for real responsibility, autonomy, and impact. You’ll work alongside an Office Manager who handles core administration, freeing you up to focus on growth, people, and performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning operational performance across people, projects, and delivery
- Driving new business, repeat work, and long-term client relationships
- Leading pricing, quoting, tenders, and margin management
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Improving systems, efficiency, and profitability
- Playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the business
