“Tim Warner brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the cleaning and restoration industry to the CSL Training team, covering everything from technical field work through to sales, business ownership, and training. Starting out in 1994, he quickly developed a strong focus on proper training, quality workmanship, and industry best practice, which has shaped his approach ever since.
After moving to New Zealand in 2007, Tim worked with Cleaning Systems Ltd in both sales and training roles and later delivered training internationally in high-impact environments. He now runs his own business alongside training and mentoring technicians, with a genuine passion for helping people improve their skills, lift standards, and achieve better results in the real world.”

He began his career as a Pest Management Technician and went on to hold senior management roles with multinational companies in New Zealand and overseas, before building one of the country’s largest independent pest management businesses.
A founding and Life Member of the Pest Management Association of New Zealand (PMANZ), Mike served on the executive council for 15 years, including two terms as President, and helped develop the NZQA Certificate in Urban Pest Management course. Armed with an MBA from Massey University and extensive assessor experience, Mike is passionate about sharing his expertise and helping others grow through training and mentorship.“

With a background in process optimisation and training within one of New Zealand’s largest telecommunications companies, Ruan went on to help grow A-Jet Services into one of the country’s largest privately owned restoration operations.
With over a decade of frontline experience, Ruan has worked across complex biohazard, sewage, and mould-affected environments where precision, safety, and doing things properly are non-negotiable. Registered with the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) and certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), he is focused on practical, standards-based training that reinforces the “why” behind every step.”
