Rachel knows the “what, where, how, and when” of CSL better than anyone!
Beyond work, Rachel is a master of balancing life’s demands. She dedicates her free time to caring for her much-loved dog & chooks, and nurturing her vast garden. An avid reader, she loves escaping into books for hours, recharging her mind for the next big challenge.

With a background in the Army and a successful carpet cleaning business in his past, Ralph combines discipline, expertise, and hands-on experience to tackle challenges across repairs, logistics, business development, and customer support.
Known as a “knowledge bank that gets richer every year,” Ralph’s inquisitive mind is always finding innovative solutions. When he’s not helping clients or keeping things running smoothly, you’ll find him recharging in New Zealand’s stunning native nature.

Paul Pritchard is our dedicated Technical and Training Manager at Cleaning Systems’ Ascend Training. For over 15 years, Paul has championed relevant, relatable, and enjoyable learning experiences, leading training in Specialist Cleaning, Hazardous Environment Cleaning, and urban pest management.
An IICRC-approved Instructor and Worksafe Compliance Certifier, Paul’s expertise shapes industry standards and supports learners nationwide. His Pacifica roots inspire his passion for impactful workplace education.

Jason is a respected Indoor Environmental Consultant with over 25 years in the building industry. He specialises in water intrusion, building biology, project management, and defect inspections. As Director of Indoor Environmental Forensics, Jason is an IICRC Master Water Restorer, IEP, CMI, and IAQC, leading industry work in pathogenic risk management, mould remediation, and chemical residues.”

Mike Collins is our Pest Management Training Specialist, bringing over 35 years of industry experience to the team.
He began his career as a Pest Management Technician and went on to hold senior management roles with multinational companies in New Zealand and overseas, before building one of the country’s largest independent pest management businesses.
A founding and Life Member of the Pest Management Association of New Zealand (PMANZ), Mike served on the executive council for 15 years, including two terms as President, and helped develop the NZQA Certificate in Urban Pest Management course. Armed with an MBA from Massey University and extensive assessor experience, Mike is passionate about sharing his expertise and helping others grow through training and mentorship.

“Luke joins the CSL team with a diverse technical background spanning automotive, motorsport, electrical, and IT systems. With experience as an automotive technician, motorsport mechanic, and systems administrator, he brings a rare blend of hands-on mechanical ability and digital expertise to his part-time role as Operations Support Technician. Luke supports a wide range of tasks across the business, including workshop operations, IT systems, and website administration.
Driven by curiosity and a love of learning, Luke thrives on problem-solving and getting stuck into anything he can strip down and rebuild. Outside of work, he’s often found working on cars or out hunting. With his adaptable skillset and enthusiasm for developing new capabilities, Luke is a great addition to the CSL team.”

Passionate about hands-on work and always eager to learn, Connor is embracing the opportunity to travel and grow his skills with our experienced team. Off the job, you’ll find him tinkering in the garage, out bush hunting, or exploring the outdoors.

A lifelong softball player, Mike has proudly represented New Zealand and Samoa on the world stage and played rugby for Niue. Off the field, he enjoys time with his wife, a former NZ softball rep, and their two kids, often coaching his son’s rugby team.
