Looking back at the carpet and restoration industry fifty years ago, the professional carpet cleaning tools of the era made the job look more like a test of raw physical endurance than a science. For the latter decades of the 20th century, technicians fought against low-powered box-shaped equipment, heavy steel wands, over-wetted fabrics, and sticky chemical residues that left carpets worse off a few weeks after cleaning.
Fast forward through into the 21st Century, the industry has undergone an understandable technological shift. Modern tools are lighter, engineered to maximize productivity while minimising strain on the technician’s body. Truckmounts vs. Portables

Advanced Upholstery Tools
