Actichem Encap Fine Fabric delivers a professional solution powered by advanced brittle-polymer encapsulation technology. It lifts and surrounds greasy body oils and soils, transforming them into micro-crystals during the drying cycle so they can be completely removed through routine dry vacuuming.

Usage & Application Instructions:
Pre-Test Notice: Always test in an hidden location for substrate sensitivity, dye stability, and chemical tolerance prior to full cleaning.
Method 1: Encapsulation Cleaning (Standard Upholstery & Area Rugs)
- Dry vacuum the upholstery or rug thoroughly to remove loose dry soil.
- Mix 250ml Encap Fine Fabric with 4 Litres of water (1:16 dilution / 60ml per L).
- Spray-apply solution evenly until wetted out. (1L of RTU solution covers approx. one 4-seater lounge suite or 4m²).
- Agitate using an upholstery brush or bonnet mitt. Towel off excess moisture with a clean terry towel.
- Allow to air-dry completely. Vacuum thoroughly after 24 hours to remove embrittled soil crystals.
Method 2: Low-Moisture / Dry Foam Cleaning (Delicate Cottons & Linen)
- Dry vacuum fabric thoroughly.
- Mix 250ml Encap Fine Fabric with 1 Litre of clean water (1:4 dilution).
- Whip the mixture vigorously to generate a rich, dense foam.
- Apply the foam only onto the fabric using a sea sponge, soft horsehair brush, or bonnet mitt.
- Agitate to lift soil, wipe off excess foam with a dry white towel, and allow to dry. Vacuum when dry.
Method 3: Wet Cleaning & Rinse Extraction (Water-Cleanable Fine Fabrics)
- Dry vacuum thoroughly.
- Heavily soiled areas (armrests, headrests) can be pre-treated with Actichem VDS.
- Spray-apply Encap Fine Fabric diluted 1:16 (250ml per 4L water) over the entire fabric and agitate gently.
- Rinse-extract using a mild acid rinse solution (such as Actichem Rinse Pro).
