Actichem Encap Pro is engineered specifically for commercial carpet maintenance where fast dry times, zero soil-wicking, and high productivity are essential. By surrounding oil and soil particles with a specialised polymer shell, Encap Pro dries to an ultra-brittle, non-tacky crystal. As the carpet dries, regular routine dry vacuuming completely removes the trapped soil, keeping carpets looking cleaner for longer without leaving sticky residues behind.

Usage & Dilution Instructions:
Pre-Test Notice: Always pre-test carpet in an inconspicuous area for colourfastness and dye stability prior to full application.
1. Rotary / Bonnet / Pad Cleaning Maintenance
- Dry vacuum the area thoroughly to remove loose dry soil.
- Mix 30ml Encap Pro per 1 Litre of clean water (1:32 dilution).
- Lightly spray the carpet surface or pre-dampen the bonnet pad with the mixed solution.
- Go over the carpet with a rotary machine or orbital pad driver. Flip or replace pads as they become saturated with soil.
- Allow carpet to dry completely, then perform a final dry vacuum pass.
2. Counter-Rotating Brush (CRB) / Encap Machines
- Mix 30ml per 1 Litre of water (approx. 250ml in an 8L machine tank).
- Apply Encap Pro through the machine’s spray jets while working the CRB over the carpet in overlapping passes.
- Allow to dry. Vacuum during routine maintenance.
