Usage & Application Instructions:

Pre-Test Notice: Always test in an inconspicuous area for dye stability and substrate solvent sensitivity. Do not use on solvent-sensitive backings (such as bitumen-backed carpet tiles) or delicate plastics.

1. As a Targeted Spotter (Direct Application)

Gently scrape or blot up excess surface soil/spill.
Apply Citrus Pro to a clean, white absorbent terry towel.
Blot and tamp the affected area from the outside edges inward toward the centre to prevent the stain from spreading.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water or an extraction rinse solution.

2. As a Prespray Booster (Pump-Up Sprayer)

Add 10ml to 20ml of Citrus Pro per 1 Litre of premixed carpet prespray solution.
Mix thoroughly and apply as normal prior to extraction.

3. As a Prespray Booster (Inline Sprayer / Hydroforce – 8:1 Ratio)

Add 400ml to 800ml of Citrus Pro into the 5L Hydroforce metering bottle alongside your prespray concentrate. Fill remaining volume with water.
For Hydroforce Revolution sprayers using neat concentrate, add 400ml to 800ml per Litre of solution.

FibreTech Citrus Pro is a high-performance, dual-purpose d-Limonene citrus solution engineered as both an intensive stain spotter and a powerful prespray booster. Formulated to safely replace harsh petroleum solvents, Citrus Pro utilizes natural citrus solvency to cut through heavy grease, motor oil, cooking fats, bitumen, and stubborn traffic lane soils. It easily mixes with water-based presprays and detergents, enhancing their cleaning power so soils rinse away cleanly without leaving oily residues. Ideal for use on carpet, upholstery, ceramic tiles, and hard surfaces—especially on oleophilic synthetic fibres like polypropylene and polyester.

WHERE TO USE: Recommended where oily soils are prevalent or an issue such as restraints and factory complexes. Perfect for oleophilic fibres like polypropylene and polyester where oil can become hard to remove. NB: Aged and oxidised oils can become permanent in these fibres and often this is evident by a yellowing effect from the oils.

HOW TO USE:

PUMP-UP SRAYER: Add 10 to 20 mls of Citrus Pro per 1 litre of premixed cleaning solution.
INLINE SPRAYER: (Hydroforce) Add 400 to 800 mls of Citrus Pro to 5 litres of premixed cleaning solution in an 8:1 ratio sprayer (yellow tip). In a Hydroforce Revolution where neat solution is in the bottle add 400 to 800 mls per litre of solution.

As a spotting solvent…

WHERE TO USE: Citrus Pro is ideal to use on all carpet fibres, fabrics and hard surfaces. However some surfaces are solvent sensitive including various carpet backings, some plastics and polymer coatings.
HOW TO USE: Always pre-test in an inconspicuous location for substrate sensitivity to solvents and dye stability. Do not use on solvent sensitive surfaces including bitumen backed carpeting.

1. Sponge or scrape up any surface spot material.
2. Apply Citrus Pro to a clean white absorbent cloth and apply to spot.
3. Citrus Pro can also be applied to severe stains and hard surfaces using a trigger spray bottle.
4. Blot or tamp to remove spot. Do not rub. Deep spots may need light brushing. Work from outside to centre of large spots.
