Drymatic Floor & Wall Mat System (2.0m x 0.5m)
The Floor & Wall Mat System is designed to efficiently control the heated airflow created by the DBK Drymatic Boost Box. The patented system uses micro-jets of warm, dry air to break the boundary layer of moisture at the surface of a water damaged material. The controlled heat generated by the DBK Boost Box is then driven into the structure, increasing the core temperature and increasing the diffusion rate of the bound water. The Floor & Wall Mats, combined with the Boost Bar, is the most effective target drying system on the market.
These floor and wall mats were designed to be used with the legendary heat boost box and an air mover.
Their 2 purposes:
- To be used with the larger floor mats or to target dry small area of flooring (eg: along walls or to make a 2x1m mat into a 2×1.5m mat.)
- Designed to dry up to 50cm vertically on the wall and 50cm horizontally across the floor—perfect for targeting skirting boards, areas behind wall frames, and sections where water has tracked along the base of the wall and floor.
These mats are available in 3×0.5 metre, 2×0.5 metre, and 1×0.5 metre sizes. Adding temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius into the mats the warm air really dry’s the area fast. These mats join able on the sides to dry large areas of lineal walls with our small 40cm mat joiners.
These mats create higher vapour pressure on the surface of the material wanting to escape to lower pressure of the air by helping to raise the surface temperature by 10 degrees you are doubling the rate of evapouration.
