Kemsol K-Buff Floor Restorer — 5 Litre

Kemsol K-Buff is a professional-grade floor maintainer and restorer built to bring tired, worn water-based floor finishes back to life. Its powerful formulation removes scuffs, scratches and embedded dirt while restoring the original appearance of your floors — genuinely useful for facility managers and cleaning contractors trying to keep polished floors looking sharp between full strip-and-seal jobs.

Restoring Gloss, Extending Floor Life

By rejuvenating existing finishes rather than requiring a full strip and reseal, K-Buff produces a brilliant, high-gloss shine that enhances the overall appearance of polished surfaces. This extends the working life of the floor coating itself, reducing how often a full recoating job is needed — a real cost and labour saving over time for any site managing polished floors across a large area.

Two Application Methods

K-Buff can be applied using either a spray-and-buff or a mop-and-bucket method, depending on your equipment and the size of the area being treated:

• Spray Method: Dust mop the floor to remove dust and dirt, then clean with K-SLIK. Spray K-Buff diluted 1:4 with water onto the floor, taking care not to over-wet the surface, then buff using an approved pad with a low-speed swing machine.
• Mop and Bucket Method: Dust mop the floor first, then dilute K-Buff at 15ml per litre with cold water. Mop the floor with the solution, picking up soil and excess with a tightly wrung-out cleaning mop. Do not rinse — allow the floor to dry completely, then burnish with a high-speed electric machine.

Suitable Across Multiple Environments

K-Buff is ideal for use in commercial, institutional and residential settings, making it a versatile addition to a floor care programme regardless of the type of site being maintained.

Where It’s Used

• Maintaining polished water-based floor finishes between full strip-and-seal treatments
• Commercial and institutional facilities with high-traffic polished floors
• Residential floors requiring gloss restoration and scuff removal
• Extending the life of existing floor coatings to reduce recoating frequency
