KemSpec Enzyme Preclean (formerly known as Enz-All) is a professional-strength, high-pH (11.5–12) enzyme pre-spray specifically formulated to digest protein-based stains and heavy organic soils. Engineered for the New Zealand commercial cleaning and restoration sectors, it is “hot” enough to cut through the thickest caked-on kitchen grease, food oils, and difficult biological contaminants like blood, vomit, and faeces that standard detergents often fail to touch.

Designed to thrive in high-heat extraction systems (50°C to 65°C), KemSpec Enzyme Preclean rapidly breaks down the molecular bonds of organic matter, making it the ultimate solution for restaurants, childcare centres, and healthcare facilities. Whether used as a high-performance pre-spray or a concentrated protein spotter, it effectively neutralises biological odours and emulsifies stubborn body oils, leaving even the most neglected carpets hygienically clean.

How to use — Mix 1 to 2 scoops of Enzyme Preclean to 3.7 L of hot (50º to 65º C) water. Spray evenly on the carpet, brush in, and allow 2-5 minutes of dwell time. Extract using Chemspec’s Liquid or Powdered Hot clean or Safe clean.

Doubles as a spotter — To use as a protein spotter, mix one scoop of Enzyme Preclean to one quart hot water. Enzyme Preclean works well even at room temperatures and is superior in performance on all food-related stains.

Long shelf life – Enzyme Preclean has an indefinite shelf life when undiluted. Once diluted, Enzyme Preclean is effective for 12 to 24 hours. For fastest action, greatest cleaning, and quickest emulsification, always mix fresh.
