Professional Vertical Surface Restoration with KemSpec Wall Clean
Cleaning walls and ceilings presents unique challenges, particularly the risk of chemical streaking and inefficient dwell time. KemSpec Wall Clean addresses these issues with a specialized alkaline formula that “wets out” the surface evenly, breaking the molecular bond of contaminants for effortless removal.
Why Professionals Choose KemSpec Wall Clean
Whether you are handling a forensic clean, a fire restoration project, or a commercial kitchen deep clean, KemSpec Wall Clean delivers the industrial “grunt” required for a spotless finish.
-
Superior Nicotine & Soot Removal: Rapidly dissolves the oily resins in nicotine and the carbon-based residues left behind by fire and smoke.
-
Anti-Streak Technology: Formulated to stay in place longer, preventing the “racing” effect where chemicals run down a wall and leave permanent marks.
-
Multi-Surface Compatibility: Safe for use on most high-quality painted surfaces, PVC, wood laminates, and industrial wall claddings (following a pre-test).
-
Versatile Application: Can be applied via sponge, microfiber flat-mop, or pressure sprayer for large-scale commercial areas.
-
Pre-Paint Preparation: An excellent alternative to TSP (Trisodium Phosphate) for degreasing walls before painting to ensure maximum paint adhesion.
Application & Dilution Guide
-
Dilution: For heavy soiling/restoration, mix 1:10 (100ml per litre). For maintenance cleaning, 1:40 (25ml per litre).
-
Technique: Always wash walls from the bottom up to prevent streaks, and rinse from the top down.
-
Dwell Time: Apply the solution and allow 2–5 minutes for the surfactants to emulsify the soil. Do not allow to dry on the surface.
-
Agitation: Use a soft-bristle wall brush or a microfiber pad for stubborn areas.
-
Rinse: Wipe or rinse with clean water to remove all chemical residues.
