KemSpec Perco is a powerful dry cleaning solvent spotter formulated for professional carpet and upholstery cleaning. Based on Perchloroethylene, it is highly effective at removing some of the most stubborn and complex stains that water-based cleaners struggle with.

This solvent spotter easily dissolves and removes oil, ink, tar, wax, gum, paint, toner, graffiti, grease, crayon, lipstick, mascara, adhesives, and even nail polish, making it an essential product for restoration and stain removal specialists.

Safe for use on carpets, rugs, and upholstery when applied correctly, KemSpec Perco offers reliable results in both residential and commercial cleaning applications.

Test fabric before use.

  • FOR SPOT REMOVAL BEFORE EXTRACTION CLEANING: – Apply PERCO to affected area. For gum and other obstinate spots, allow to remain for 1-5 minutes. For large pieces of gum, groove a small trough in the centre to allow chemical to penetrate. Rinse well.
  • FOR SPOTTING WITHOUT THE USE OF EXTRACTION EQUIPMENT: – Apply with a clean white cloth. Blot from outside of the spot, working towards the centre. Follow up by blotting the area with a clean white cloth dampened with water.
  • CONTENTS: 5 Litres.
  • CONTAINS: Approx. >3-10% Perchloroethylene, Tetrachloroethylene or Perclean (in a non-hazardous dilution)
