Service Manager!

If you take pride in your customer service skills, value reliability and efficiency with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, then we are looking for you! This is a Leadership Opportunity, a diverse role with strong levels of autonomy. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the workshop, providing leadership and direction for parts and service operations to our service team.

Handling warranties, customer interaction, booking jobs and organising bookings.

Looking for a go getter who is looking to take the reins and build on what we already have. Must be a people person who is ready to sell our service

We see this role as suiting someone who wants to spend less time on the tools. Relevant mechanical knowledge with leadership experience, good English and computer skills and not being afraid of paperwork are the strengths you will need.
